Integrative Therapeutic Counselling

Integrative Therapeutic counselling

Counselling can be a valuable addition to your support network during difficult times. It provides a safe and supportive space to freely explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours; and to develop your own coping mechanisms.

What is an integrative counselling approach?

Integrative therapeutic counselling is a holistic approach to therapy that tailors to your individual needs and experiences. It takes into account your preferences, values, spiritual beliefs, and openness and motivation levels, to ensure that you receive the support most likely to be successful for you.

As an integrative therapeutic counsellor, I draw on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), person-centred counselling, and mindfulness, to provide personalised support that is right for you. By combining elements from different approaches, we can develop a range of customised strategies to help you address your challenges, achieve your goals, and live a more fulfilling life.

Integrative therapeutic counselling is a flexible and open approach to helping individuals overcome a wide range of challenges including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Trauma

  • Bereavement

  • Low self-esteem

  • Relationship challenges

  • Addiction

  • Stress

  • Sexuality

  • Bullying

  • Chronic illness

  • Life transitions

  • Personal growth and development
